About the Founder

As a Georgia-certified educator with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education from Georgia State University and more than 15 years of teaching and tutoring experience, I have dedicated my career to helping students build confidence, discover their strengths, and achieve academic success through personalized learning. My journey changed when I became a mother. I found myself asking a question that transformed the way I viewed education:If I could design the ideal education for my own child, what would it look like?That question led me beyond the traditional classroom and into homeschooling and individualized instruction. As I partnered with families, I witnessed something remarkable: students flourished when learning was intentional, personalized, and rooted in curiosity. They developed confidence, mastered challenging concepts, and began to genuinely enjoy learning.                    Those experiences became the foundation of The Luminary Way—an approach built on rigorous academics, meaningful relationships, individualized instruction, and a genuine love of learning.Today, Luminary Learners Lab exists to help every child reach their highest potential. My goal is not simply to improve grades, but to cultivate curious thinkers, confident learners, and compassionate leaders who are prepared to thrive in school and beyond.It is an honor to partner with families who entrust us with their children's education, and I look forward to welcoming each new Luminary into a community where excellence is expected, curiosity is celebrated, and every learner is empowered to shine.
